Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree/Diploma in a business related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales.
- Excellent planning, organizing and customer handling skills. Must be a relationship builder.
- Team working skills, assertive and flexible.
- Prior experience working in the real estate industry is an added advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Selling and renting properties in the company property listings.
- Sourcing for new business to ensure there is enough properties in the company’s portfolio.
- Meeting various landlords/property owners and developers on behalf of the company in order to obtain their properties for letting, consultancy, feasibility studies ,management and sale by the company
- Preparing marketing presentations for pitching purposes.
- Advising the management on market trends
- Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time
